Our Story
Gulf Stream Brewing Company, South Florida's newest craft joint, will be opening soon!
Here's a little reading for all you beer geeks on the specs of the brewery. Their 10 BBL (that's 310 gallons) system has arrived and is waiting to be put together.
Gulf Stream has a few 20 BBL fermenters to go along with the brewhouse. Also have two pilot systems (yes, two!) that they've been making test batches and trial runs on.
The brewery is a little over 5,000 square feet and will have a tasting room on site.
