Khoffner Brewing

 Rauf Khoffner is a third generation brewer following in his grandfather, Karl Hoffner’s footsteps, who left Germany in 1933 to brew German-styled beers in Turkey. 

Khoffner is proudly reviving and using recipes dating back more than 100 years. When not brewing traditional beers honoring the Reinheitsgebot, he remains true to his German roots of producing balanced, smooth and drinkable beers only with authentic and high-quality ingredients.
