Oktoberfest 2018

Event Information

Fort Lauderdale’s Local Brewers have come together to bring an authentic Oktoberfest celebration to Fort Lauderdale’s Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. During the festivities, guests are encouraged to don their lederhosen as they are transported to a German countryside at the park. The park’s open space will be transformed into a village with a biergarten, festive décor and a tented dining area. A German-American menu will be offered featuring Bavarian Pretzels, Bratwurst, Apple Strudel and Spit-fired Chicken, to name a few!

Brews will be flowing with 2 locally brewed beer selections from each brewery:

Tarpon River Brewing  |  Gulf Stream Brewing  | Invasive Species Brewing

LauderAle Brewery  |   Flagler Village Brewery  | Khoffner Brewery

At this high-energy festival, Polka dancers will perform to traditional German music in addition to live local bands performing today’s hits. The event will also have fun, interactive games such as, beer races, and yard style games.

This is a beer focused event with alcohol available to guests 21 and over with proper ID. Guests under 21 are welcome when escorted by a parent or guardian. Admission for children 12 and under is complimentary. Non-Alcoholic beverages, snacks and food are also available for purchase.
